LG G6 under spotlight of MWC 2017: After teasing videos and images, LG has finally announced its next flagship LG G6. The display of G6 is 5.7” IPS LCD panel with 18:9 aspect ratio. The resolution of this panel is 2,880 x1440 with pixel density of 565ppi. Consumers always wants a larger display but not willing to give up single-hand use. The 2:1 ratio covers the both requirements. Gorilla Glass 5 on the screen gives maximum protection even if you do not use any glass protector. The frame of the phone is made of aluminum and special attention has been paid to the location of plastic inserts to make the whole thing less susceptible to shattering. For the first time in G series, G6 is water and dust resistant with IP68 rating. This means that battery is non-removable. More details here.

Today, Nokia launched it's much awaited Nokia 3310. The design of the phone is almost like the original. The new Nokia 3310 measures 115.6 x 51 x 12.8 mm and is plastic all around. However, the 2.4-inch QVGA display looks different than the original. More specs and images here

BlackBerry KEYone: MWC is almost here and we’re really excited to tell that Black Berry is here to introduce BlackBerry KEYone. BlackBerry phones are highly famous among people due to their design and QWERTY keyboards. As the industry keeps growing with more demands from mobile phone users they moved to touchscreens. BlackBerry couldn’t attract much with this change and In the end, the company had no other choice but to sell the device business to another manufacturer and focus on software instead. Apple investigating about iPhone 7 Plus catches fire: A viral video showing a rose gold iPhone 7 Plus which caught fire recently got viral on the internet. Below twitter post showing a smoke coming out of the iPhone 7 Plus and it has been shared over 25,000 times and continue. Video and tweet here

iPad 10.5” and 12.9” hitting stores in May or June: Apple is holding his event in May 2017. Everyone is expecting Apple to announce its three new iPads. Apple tablets will arrive this summer and now reports are confirming that 10.5” and 12.9” iPad is what we should expect. More details here.

Xiaomi Pinecone chipset commercial: We already informed you that Xiaomi is also in the race of chipsets with their new Pinocone. The company recently recruited Wang Feng to star in their new trailer of upcoming chipset, Pinecone. Trailer for a chipset is little weird but here it goes If you don’t know Feng is a two time World Memory Champion and he shows off his skills by memorizing and then recalling 100 groups of numbers. He even wrote them down in the correct order. This is certainly an impressive way to show such a person in their chipset commercial. The Pinecone will come in two versions V970 and V670. These chipsets are comparable to Kirin 960 and Kirin 650 respectively. They could also head against Exynos 8890 and 7580.Xiaomis new chipset is coming out next week on February 28.  Xiaomi will not be attending MWC this time. Like our FB Page here

Exynos 9 by Samsung – 10nm chip ready to challenge Snapdragon 835: Samsung introduced Exynos chipset which is 10nm named Exynos 9 Series 8895. 8895 promise to perform 27% higher and 40% lower power consumption than its predecessor 14nm chip. More details here

LG G6 on March 10 and Samsung Galaxy S8 on April 21: Samsung confirmed that they’re introducing Galaxy S8 and S8+ at an event in New York on March 29. The new flagships release date is April 21. However, Samsung also said that they want to launch they two highly anticipated phones a week earlier in Korea. LG on the other hand decided to launch G6 on April 7th in the US. They’re launching their flagship earlier than Samsung (before the competition arrive) but in South Korea LG is expected to release the G6 on March 10. More details here.

Samsung Exynos 9 could be in Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+: Samsung introduced their Galaxy flagship S7 and S7. Both phones powered by either Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 (For US) or Samsung’s homemade Exynos 8 Octacore chipset depending on the market. This year Samsung is going to launch  Galaxy S8   and   Galaxy  S8 Plus . Rumors say that this time Samsung is going to use Snapdragon 835 for US market and others powered by unannounced Exynos 9 chipset. They did the same in their last year’s flagship. Apple to replace home button with function area in iPhone 8: As we know, Apple is going to launch 3 iPhones in it’s 10th anniversary. Samsung will use the name “Galaxy S8+”: Alright, Evan Blass is the guy who’s famous in showing leaks of the upcoming smartphones. He tweeted an image of leaked branding of Samsung Galaxy S8+. Just like Apple it looks like Samsung is also going to use + to it’s bigger variant.

5G is the future of Mobile phone technology: As the mobile phone technology grows 4G/LTE getting old and people need to have more speed. 3GPP   has officially announced that ‘5G’ would become the official name of the next generation of mobile connectivity technologies that would succeed today’s 4G technologies like LTE or LTE-Advanced. 3GPP   has also released the official logo for the new technology standard. The logo shows 5G with some green waves of the LTE-A logo are now a part of 5G’s new logo. “The use of the 5G logo on 3GPP specification cover sheets is intended to help he industry to identify at which point in time 5G features will appear. Samsung Galaxy S8: Samsung is going to launch its next flagship Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus on March 29. While waiting for the Korean giant to launch its new flagships we are receiving some images of how these two phones exactly look like: For now and by looking at the images we could say that Samsung is keeping its glass-aluminum design on both devices. Galaxy S8 is going to have 5.7” display while the bigger device is going to have 6.2”. Also Samsung is dropping it’s home button and minimizing the bezels around the phone. Display will still be SuperAMOLED as Samsung announced this already. Both devices are rumored to have iris scanner at the front just like Note 7. New photo of LG G6 leaked: Today, we received a live photo of LG G6 from our sources. The phone is made of plastic or glass due to it’s shiny back as seen in the picture below. The phone almost identical by rear fingerprint sensor and dual-camera setup like LG V20 and last years flagship LG G5. The report also mentioned that the dual cameras “could be used to recreate the blurry background “bokeh” effect, just like in the iPhone 7 Plus portrait mode.” LG is going to launch it’s new flagship LG G6 at MWC (February 26) and it’s rumored to feature a Snapdragon 821 with 5.7-inch display (2,880×1,440) and aspect ratio of 18:9. Apple breaks another record sales: Few days ago we’ve informed you that  Apple loses it’s top spot in China .  But that’s not what Apple is worried about. Apple is back to growth after getting a strong demand of It’s iPhone 7 which helped the company post record numbers in the holiday quarter. Sales of iPhone 7 shipments increased 5% up to a record during the October-December period. This growth has boosted company's revenue 3% to record $78.4 billion. App Store also raised $7.2 billion, which is more than many tech companies around the world. Wall Street Journal quoted that Apple stores had nearly three times more sales than Netflix.
