Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 launching next week at CES:
Qualcomm officially announced that Snapdragon 835 is on its way to CES keynote next week. This highly anticipated chipset is bringing Quick Charge 4 technology which Qualcomm says that will give devices to 5 hours of battery life with 5 minutes of charging. Qualcomm also claims that a smartphone gets charged from 0 to 50% within 15 minutes.
Snapdragon 835 will provide steady performance and battery usage both to devices with USB Type-C and USB Power Delivery.
The Snapdragon also has INOV (Intelligent Negotiation for Optimum Voltage). This is actually an algorithm which basically reads what amount of power the mobile device needs in a specific time.
The SOC is clocked Octacore 2.2 GHz with Adreno 540 GPU and claimed up to 30% more powerful and 40% more efficient that its predecessor Adreno 530.

At the moment Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6 and Xiaomi Mi6 are some of the devices in which this processor is going to install.
