Google Android O features
Google Android O features:
Today, Google has released a developer preview of Android O (Android Oreo most probably). We’re still not sure what O stands for because it was not officially announced by Google yet. Google’s VP of Engineering (Dave Burke) says that they’re still working on the performance and stabilization that needs to be done in the new OS by Google.
Android O features:
1. Battery life and performance is the biggest challenge we have in our Android devices and Google is taking it serious. As Andorid O will come with additional automatic limits in the apps when they’re running in the background. This limitation also helps developers to create the apps that work well under this limitation. These features will only be applicable on the devices running Android O.
2. New notification feature gives user more control over some notifications. They can now do snooze in the notification. They don’t have to manage all notifications separately.
3. Autofill in Google Android O is easier by adding platform support for these apps. Once you select in which app you want to use autofill it will fill passwords and other detail across the OS.
4. In Android O you have picture-in-picture support for apps across the OS. In this way you will be able to minimize the video if you want to do something else with your device.
