Samsung confirmed to offer refurbished Galaxy Note7:

In February we had news claimed that Samsung is considering to offer refurbished Galaxy Note7 units this summer.

Today, Samsung confirmed that they’re focusing on how the company is going to "recycle" the Note 7 and start selling the refurbished devices.
