Android 8.0 Oreo on Nokia 5 (Beta Testers) is available, Nokia 6 will follow soon


HMD had been talking about it for a long time and it is finally becoming a reality today. Nokia Android phones started getting Oreo updates and this time it’s Nokia 5. Juho Sarvikas who’s the product manager with the HMD has announced on Twitter that users of Nokia 5 can now register on Beta Labs, the platform dedicated to the experimental grind of Android on Nokia devices.

Nokia 8 already received Android Oreo and as per HMD all new Nokia Android devices released this year will get the taste of Oreo:
Another  good news for the owners of Nokia 6 will also be able to "soon" enjoy it too. The deployment of the final version of Android 8.0 Oreo is already underway on the Nokia 8.
